Merchandise received damaged may be returned for a refund or replacement. Please contact us at info@collarsandmore.com or refer to your shipping document for a return address.

Please measure carefully before ordering as shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns due to color or size will only be accepted for product that is unused and in re-salable condition within 30 days from date of purchase. Please make sure any items that you may need to return are packaged in a sturdy, well-stuffed box to assure that items received by us are in re-salable condition. Items returned in envelope-type packaging will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the item, we will either issue a refund to your credit card or process a refund check.
